Refund policy

Unfortunately, Bewitched Candles does not currently accept returns. We do understand that it's hard to do a sniff test over the internet maybe consider gifting it to a friend or family member who might enjoy the candle. We cannot accept returns on gift cards or sale items.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order once received and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please send an email to us at help@bewitchedcandles.com

If your candle arrived broken please take a picture of the broken unlit candle with your order number and name on the order send us that picture to help@bewitchedcandles.com .

If for any reason you didn't receive you package please contact us at help@bewitchedcandles.com so we can file a claim and got you out a new replacement asap.

If for any reason you package is returned to us you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping your candle at a cost of $9.00 you will receive an invoice via email once invoice is paid we will reship item.  If you would like a refund instead of reshipping your candle we can only refund the purchase price of the candle not the shipping cost. We cannot offer any refunds on shipping cost from a returned item for any reason.
